Hi now I have disabled Xinerama, and KeepassX works well, no crash, no Logout. Public bug reported: Binary package hint: plasma-widget-networkmanagement In Kubuntu Maverick RC ,plasma-widget-networkmanagement does not cut down the network connection even if I uncheck the "enable networking" check box . It used to work when I installed KDE 4.5 in lucid from kubuntu backports . Now it doesn't . Iam not sure whether it is a Kubuntu issue or an upstream bug ,since it worked in lucid. If it isn't a Kubuntu issue, please tell . hi, as I have only one monitor, and it's doesn't work, it's seems that I didn't do the right thing to disable Xinerama ?!?! What are yout suggestion to do it right? with a bit of further testing: The Ambiance theme seems to have the problem at application startup. If I change the theme and then change back to Ambiance it is ok. Of the other themes High Contrast Inverse, High Contrast Large Print Inverse and Radiance seem to have the same problem. On application startup a black box is displayed, changing to the theme after startup works, white text appears in the box, but not at startup. The other themes available in Appearance Preferences are ok (mainly because they have dark text in a light box rather than vice-versa. Ubuntu 10.10 updated as of a few minutes ago.
