Will attach xsession.errors, reflects a login, opening vlc, opening xsession.errors, then attempting to open playlist window in vlc. (using nvidia-current + Note to vlc users - I've found clearlooks to be best choice, should be + good for other apps as well. I experience this bug as well I think, when I shut down my 11.04 installation which has been upgraded to the latest of 11.10 Plasma often likes to throw a crash message just before KDE closes down. It doesn't happen every time though.
