** Description changed: kdevplatform-libs still doesn't ship the Subversion plugin, the package doesn't contain a "kdevsubversion.so". Initially this was caused by licensing issues (see https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=35), but these have been resolved long time ago.
