[Bug 1492332] [NEW] pykde4 ftbfs with Python 3.5

Public bug reported:

In Wily, we have Python 3.5 as a supported (but not default) Python 3
version.  We also have a PPA making Python 3.5 the default, which will
be the case in X-series.  pykde4 fails to build from source in this PPA.

Looking at the build log, it seems that it can't find PyQt4. Can you
please check if PyQt4.QtCore is importable from python3.5 with that PPA?

Apparently not.  I'll sync python-qt4 over from wily into the PPA and if that
fixes the problem I'll do a no-change rebuild in the main archive.  Thanks for

Wireless sometimes fails to show any any SSIDs in the applet plasma-nm
for Plasma 5 (KDE). Perhaps this is an issue with plasma-nm: I've
haven't tried any other way of connecting to a network except through
the applet. Restarting network-manager using "sudo service network-
manager restart" fixes things.

I am running KDE Plasma Version 5.4.0, Qt version 5.4.2, kernel version
4.1.0-3.
