Debian builds:

akonadi-backend-postgresql_17.08.3-2_all.deb
akonadi-backend-postgresql_17.12.2-1_all.deb

Any reason why not to build this? The psql backend just works if you
configure it. And if you are already running postgresql you can
eliminate running a 2nd sql server.

Thanks for your feedback. I'm on the release team and I wanted to make
sure it was clear that the freeze exception request was not approved
after that comment. I believe setting the bug report to Incomplete
conveyed that.
