[Bug 1827778] Re: Can no longer Unmount a removable drive - only Remove it.
I would like to add that on modern SMR drives, immediately powering down them after unmounting (writing) to them, can do more harm than good. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to dolphin in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1827778 Title: Can no longer Unmount a removable drive - only Remove it. [Bug 1961447] Re: Cannot unlock screen without mouse click
Just reproduced in a clean install in a VM to rule out configuration cruft on my laptop. With plasma-workspace 5.18.5 it doesn't appear, on 5.18.8 it does, as shown in the attached video. ** Attachment added: "kubuntu-screen-locking-after-upgrade.webm" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/plasma-workspace/+bug/1961447/+attachment/5562100/+files/kubuntu-screen-locking-after-upgrade.webm -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to plasma-workspace in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1961447 Title: Cannot unlock screen without mouse click To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/plasma-workspace/+bug/1961447/+subscriptions -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list kubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1961447] [NEW] Cannot unlock screen without mouse click
Public bug reported: In Kubuntu 20.04 after recent update from plasma-workspace 5.18.5 to 5.18.8, I am unable to unlock my screen by just typing my user password, as I was used to before. Now only a screen with a clock appears and no password textbox, there is nothing that I can do to activate the password textbox but to click somewhere with my mouse. The extra click with the mouse that is now necessary is inconvenient to me and a UX regression in my opinion, especially because I quite often lock my screen when working in the office. [Bug 1322968] Re: Changing country leads to invalid locale
Unfortunately, this bug occurred to me again in Kubuntu 18.04 / KDE Plasma 5.12.7 when setting language to English and region to Netherlands. Locale is then set to en_NL.UTF-8 which is invalid, causing rendering issues in konsole, screen, for example. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to kde-runtime in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1322968 Title: Changing country leads to invalid locale To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kde-runtime/+bug/1322968/+subscriptions -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list kubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
