[Bug 1744554] [NEW] Muon search matches only beginning of package names

Public bug reported:

Muon search matches only beginning of package name or beginning of
substring of package name splitted by dash.

Let example package to search be ttf-mscorefonts-installer.

Search like corefonts does not give any results. Have to search for
mscorefonts to get it listed in the results.

I think it should also match middle or end part of the word.

Another example is libjxr0. Would be good to be able to search it by
jxr0.

[Bug 1428579] [NEW] Ark produces invalid zip according to Windows

I get feedback from Windows users that my zip files are invalid. I use Ark 4.14 
in Kubuntu Linux 14.10 when creating zip files.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Arhive some random files
2. Send zip to Windows user (doesn't matter how (upload, skype, etc))
