[Bug 418508] [NEW] "send URL by email" feature
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: arora It will be very convenient to have an action to be able to send the link of a webpage when you are reading one, as konqueror does. When you are reading a webpage, an action "send the link to this page …" should edit a new e-mail with the link of this webpage in the body, and its title in the subject. ** Affects: arora (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- "send URL by email" feature https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/418508 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to arora in ubuntu. -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list kubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
[Bug 416909] Re: arora doesn't honor Ctrl+Z after closing a tab
I think that Ctr+Z is more ergonomic. Moreover, I don't see the action in the menu, so it is hidden in my point of view. I understand your answer, but I think that "just like Firefox" isn't a valid argument :-) I have looked in the menu, and I have found that there is an history of closed tabs, it's good. But it doesn't keep the history of a tab. In konqueror, the undo action restore the last closed tab and its history. I understand that both ways are different, but maybe we can find a way to merge approaches. I will think about it, if I find a better solution, I'll repoen this report :-) -- arora doesn't honor Ctrl+Z after closing a tab https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/416909 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to arora in ubuntu. -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list kubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
[Bug 416909] [NEW] arora doesn't honor Ctrl+Z after closing a tab
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: arora When you close a tab in arora, you can't cancel this with the undo action. If arora is the default web browser of the next Kubuntu release, and should replace konqueror, it should have this usefull feature present in konqueror. Thank you. [Bug 416853] [NEW] arora doesn't store passwords in kwallet
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: arora If arora is the default web browser of the next Kubuntu release, and should replace konqueror, it should be well integrated in KDE, and particularly use kwallet to store the web passwords. I hope that, with this feature, all passwords stored by konqueror will be retrieved in arora. Thank you. [Bug 46289] Amarok and kdesktop : Concurrency when introducing a removable media
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: amarok I'm on Kubuntu Dapper. Since version 1.4, amarok display a dialog box when inserting a removable media for easy importing files in the collection. But, on KDE desktop, there is already such a dialog box for asking what to do with the new media (For a generic media : Open in konqueror, import in digikam, or nothing). So, there is two pop-up ! It would be more convenient to add an entry in the kdesktop dialog, that would open the amarok import tool. ** Affects: amarok (Ubuntu) Severity: Normal Priority: (none set) Status: Unconfirmed -- Amarok and kdesktop : Concurrency when introducing a removable media https://launchpad.net/bugs/46289 -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list kubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs

[Bug 35882] adept updater asks to fetch updates after clicking on adept notifier
Public bug reported: https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/35882 Affects: ept (Ubuntu) Severity: Normal Priority: (none set) Status: Unconfirmed Description: When adept notifier notifies that updated packages are available, and the user clicks on, it brings the adept updater, ok. But this adept updater requires to refetch updates with a button pressing. Two solutions : - adept updater directly upgrades the system, considering the last update is up-to-date - adept updater needs to refetch the updates to be sure that they are up-to-date, but this should be automatically done (without a second user invocation) and shortly explained.
