[ Impact ] * Many apps have broken submenus due to an outdated libappindicator. * Updating the dependency to the newer libayatana-appindicator3-1 fixes the issue. [ Test Plan ] * install dropbox, try to use submenues in the systray, doesn't work * replace libappindicator-3-1 with libayatana-appindicator3-1 and they work. Alright, found the issue. So it seems we ship a custom sddm.service in debian/ and we do not use the provided sddm.service from upstream, and thus my patch has no significance. * The patch adds a needs for systemd to wait until drivers are complete
before sddm login manager.

* New install. Reboot 2 times, you will run into a black screen ( seems
random, all video drivers affected though )
* With the random nature of the bug it cannot be cleanly reproduced. Of
3 computers only one of mine experienced the problem.

* systemd services boot order? possibly affect something else?
* Tested in oracular and no issues have arised.

I have removed cups from krita and users will have to manually connect. With that snaps are broken for Beta.
