I tried using the command `xinput`, so libinput might be related? No, it wasn't fixed. After logging out then logging in, I was asked to enter password for e-mail. After entering it I got the error. I also got the error, after entering password for Chrome. I didn't got the error the first time for Wifi. I found that the reason is that I chose an Arabic country, while I was installing Kubuntu. It's repeatable. I tried it.
