1. Attempt to view info pages on Khelpcenter or Konqueror
## Current Behavior ##
* Failed with "Can't run process" message
* The command underhood "/usr/bin/perl /usr/share/kio_info/kde-info2html
/usr/share/kio_info/kde-info2html.conf
/usr/share/kio_docfilter/kio_docfilter.css dir Top" failed with

Can't use 'defined(@array)' (Maybe you should just omit the defined()?) at
/usr/share/kio_info/kde-info2html line 174.
```
