The first beta is out, can we consider adding in this package now? *Ovidiu - Florin Bogdan* GeekAliens.com http://geekaliens.com Kubuntu România http://ro.kubuntu.org http://www.google.com/profiles/ovidiu.b13 2013-11-18 22:16 GMT+02:00 Scott Kitterman ubu...@kitterman.com: On Monday, November 18, 2013 22:10:54 Jussi Schultink wrote: On 18 Nov 2013 20:17, Scott Kitterman ubu...@kitterman.com wrote: On Monday, November 18, 2013 19:00:34 Rohan Garg wrote: On Monday 18 November 2013 19:42:03 Ovidiu-Florin Bogdan wrote: I propose that we have the *plasma-runner-telepathy-contact* package installed by default in future Kubuntu releases. Thanks for the reminder :) Before we start adding new, optional things, let's see how we are for ISO size after 4.12 beta is in the archive. No point in adding it if we'll just have to remove it again. Scott K True to a point, but ISO size is not one of our major concerns at the moment? I think perhaps getting it out there and tested is much higher priority for an lts inclusion, no? Just my 2 cents We don't need it in the default install to test it. It's always hard to remove stuff, so before size gets out of control, let's wait and see. It won't be long. On a very related note: the ISO has thus far been oversized half of the trusty cycle... I propose that we have the *plasma-runner-telepathy-contact* package installed by default in future Kubuntu releases. It's a plugin for Krunner to search for contacts in Telepathy.
