Anyhow, the fix is to remove second apostrophe line from
pc-bios/keymaps/fi. Also there are few other wrong keys so maybe
keymap should be regenerated? BTW, sv (swedish) keymap works just fine.
(And why have two different layouts since Swedish and Finnish keyboards
have same layout anyway).
