[kvm-devel] Sound in Vista
Before I give up completely, I'd like to ask: Does anyone know any secrets for getting sound to work in Vista that they haven't told Google? I didn't try it, but can you detail your command line for running qemu.
You can also try to change the -soundhw {pcspk,sb16mes1370}.
Does Vista recognizes the device but there is not sound?

Vista knows there is a sound card there, but Microsoft no longer ships
drivers for sb16/es1370 and scouring the Web didn't turn anything up
either.
Right now, the only option I can think of is maybe a cheap USB sound
device.
