I admire people who can speak Babylonian cuneiform :b What on earth does 
that first line mean? Or put differently, my Pootle interface has 3 
things that look like they're needed, LibO 3.3 specific, LibO 3.4 help, 
LibO 3.4 UI


Are you telling me I don't need to do LibO 3.3 specific?

If 3.4.3 will freeze in a month, then unlikely. I'm doing my best but 
it'll take as long as it'll take, I'll post something to the list when I 
get into the high 90s to make sure I make the deadline near then.

There are no "LibO specific strings" in 3.4.x codeline, that was a hack
in 3.3.x. 3.4.3 will freeze in a month.

Ok, 3.4.3 it is, my bad.

The translation is going steadily, I'm nearing the 50% mark with the UI, 
haven't touched the LibO specific strings yet thought. Depends on what 
the timeline for 3.4.3 is I guess, how much repetition there is in the 
remaining strings and how much life gets in the way :)

Hi guys

I've just had a real DUH moment. In what turned out to be the dying days 
of OO, I filed a but because OO wouldn't recognise Scottish Gaelic as a 
locale, very annoying when trying to set the Default Locale and/or 
Default Language.


We got as far as filing a bug and me creating a minimal xml (see 
http://openoffice.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=117857). I've also got a 
more complete dataset in the pipeline on CLDR (see 
http://unicode.org/cldr/trac/ticket/3914) but that's still a bit away, 
judging by experience.


I guess there's no chance of getting something like that into 3.4.1? In 
any case, what's the best way of making sure I get it right for 3.4.2?

[libreoffice-l10n] REMINDER: Release 3.4.2-rc2 from libreoffice-3-4-2 branch

please note that the commit deadline for 3.4.2-rc2 is today, Jul 18,
2011. It will be used as LO-3.4.2 final if no blocker is reported.
