For getting a value of what UI langauges are actually used: yes, that's more or less the only way that's possible at all without reinventing the wheel or changing the update-query code in LO itself (and thus would miss all older versions). Dear Community, The Document Foundation is pleased to announce the first release candidate of LibreOffice 4.3.3. The upcoming 4.3.3 will be the third in a sequence of frequent bugfix release for our feature-packed 4.3 line. Please be aware that LibreOffice 4.3.3 RC1 is not been flagged as ready for production use yet, however feel free to give it a try instead of 4.3.2.
