[libreoffice-l10n] Adding Central Kurdish Dictionary for LO

Hey
How i can create a dictionary for central kurdish(ckb)? which doesn't have
it now, any instructions or help?
I have Central Kurdish worldlist.txt already.
Used OXttools but libreoffice doesn't merge it to central kurdish language,
it behaves like it's another language.

I figured out langpack, Its available during installation of LO.
For locale data we already have in CLDR and glibc. How i can use these to
create new one to LO? Or LO doesn't import from gnu or cldr?

First, Why is Central Kurdish not available to select in Formats > Locale
Setting ?
Second, I want to download ckb langpack for windows, I can't find it in
Daily builds and also download websites, I just want langpack not the whole
app.

My concern clearly is I have two branches 7 and master, Now master is 42%
and 7 is 41%, why they are different? I use po-editor most time for
translation, I want all my translation goes to official 7 until release.
Now if I add translation to master they will not be added to 7 ? And I
can't see them in LO 7 when released?

[libreoffice-l10n] Dictionary Translation for all language in one place

Hey
I have a suggestion if possible to do, as you know dictionaries are too
much because of too much languages are available in world, In weblate its
very tired work to translate these one strings and these extra steps to
comeback another string then translate another 1 string for different
language, I say if possible can you make all these dictionaries in one
place? For example module dictionary, then all languages will be inside the
dictionary so our work will be very fast. i don't have to translate one
string then come back, do one and one..etc.

[libreoffice-l10n] Adding Central Kurdish (ckb) to Libre

Hey
Kurdish language is language which used by nearly by 40 million people
around the world, and they are written in two different scripts, Arabic
script and Latin script, Kurmanji (kmr) which is already available in libre
now is written in Latin, but Central Kurdish(ckb) written in Arabic script
with special characters and its RTL written in RTL direction.
Central Kurdish also known by Sorani Language, Used by Kurdish people in
Iraq and Iran, it is spoken by nearly 7 million people.
I hope we can add Central Kurdish to Libre as soon as possible.
ISO 639-2 code is = ckb
ISO 3166 = ckb_IQ
Name in English is Central Kurdish (Sorani)
