[libreoffice-l10n] Incomplete translation/pootle string load for 4.2?

Indeed you're right - the update against templates did error out because of a renamed file - didn't notice it when I had the update run, but did try again for one language in debug mode now. So while the templates contain the file, they were only applied up to dictionaries, then it did error out.
