Hello Tom,
The elections are open to all members and advertised across the Foundation. We
cannot force people to run for BoD based on their origin or their gender.
I am however not clear on two things:
- what is it you're asking
- to whom are you asking it , as posting on the l10n list will not be read as a
question to the board or the candidates. Elections run among Foundation's
members and the process involves specific mailing lists such as the
board-discuss one.
