Hi Jacek, thanks for your availability. The Polish translation is now
almost ready and uploaded to
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=121195 but your help will
be welcome when we check translations in the next weeks, so I recommend
that you continue following this mailing list. We expect to release the
Polish version in January.

Hello Magnus,
it seems you haven't subscribed to the mailing list yet, so you missed
other messages on this subject. To subscribe, just send an empty e-mail
to l10n-subscr...@openoffice.apache.org and respond to the confirmation
message you will receive.

In the meantime, it seems that the Swedish translation is almost
completed; we will anyway need volunteers to test it and possibly help
with some web pages translation, so I would recommend that you subscribe
to this list and stay tuned! OpenOffice in Swedish will probably be
released in January.

  Andrea.

My opinion is that we should align the content on

www.openoffice.org/...
www.openoffice.org/pt-BR/...
www.openoffice.org/es/...
www.openoffice.org/it/...
...

Means have translated versions of the English pages. We can have one
news section on every localized page to spread some local news etc. But
the main content should be the same.

Coordination and information for volunteers should be moved in a special
localized area in the wiki.

Fantastic news, Tony! You should attach the PO files to
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=121470
an issue I've just prepared for this (you will need to register in
Bugzilla).

If you have problems uploading, feel free to send them privately to me
(or to Juergen if you wish to skip a step).

Please remember to list the names of all volunteers who helped, so that
we can give them proper recognition.

PS: You might want to investigate this Swedish translation issue
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=113296 while checking the
translation. If you need help on this, just ask.

Regards,
  Andrea.
