 Hi, honestly I don't know when the test build (i.e., preparing the test 
 versions) will start, but my recommendation would be that you continue 
 anyway, keeping the helpcontent2 folder last (it has less priority, 
 focus on the UI, i.e., all other folders, first) and, of course, keeping 
 basic/source/app.po untranslated.
 
 Everything you do will of course be used for the next version if not in 
 this one. So far the next version is 4.0, scheduled for April, but we 
 haven't a precise planning yet.

Hello Localization Team,I would like to help for Turkish translation of Open 
Office but I don't know so much about .po files.I saw that there is a pootle 
server for making translation easy but I am wondering if I need an account for
