Unfortunately I still see 'Duplikój slajd' in our source code at http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/openoffice/trunk/extras/l10n/source/pl/ which means that the correction was not imported for 4.1 (expected around the end of April). But in this case you would see it in 4.1.1 or whatever version comes next. Just make sure that you can't find the wrong translation any longer in our Pootle server (first link). So the Polish translation was not reimported and is still the one we were using in 4.0.1. If you want (this is valid for any language) that the translation is reimported from Pootle, please file an issue like this one: https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=124766 and it will get updated in the next release (whatever name we decide for it, it's 4.2.0 currently but it may be 4.1.1 or anything else).
