The switch maintenance that we were bracing for didn't happen today.  
I've re-enabled normal functionality on Horizon and Wikitech, but will 
disable them again during the window tomorrow (currently proposed for 
16:00 UTC).


I probably won't spam the list with any more on-and-off messages about 
this tomorrow unless something truly unusual happens.

I have just posted another session topic for a Birds of a Feather
gathering of Tool Labs members:

This would be a great opportunity for people to interact with each

how long, in full, but I still expect things to be wrapped up by the end

There's some datacenter work going on today which is likely to 
break new instance creation, so I've disabled instance management on 
Horizon to prevent confusion.  Due to the slapdash nature of this 
change, the UI will be a bit cryptic; if there are buttons missing from 
your Horizon panels don't worry, they should return in an hour or two.
