[lace] Lace Festival in Lepoglava, Croatia

I have just come back from Croatia, where I enjoyed myself attending
part of the Lace Festival in Lepoglava.
This year it took place 22nd to 25th September, and it takes place at
that time every year.
Some of you might want to plan to attend future Festivals.
