[lace] The Royal Lacemaker, book available to USA.
Hi, I want to thank Fran (I believe from Australia) who directed me to the Book Depository. Since this book is not for sale in the USA and is only available in the UK. I contacted them and was able to purchase the book The Royal Lacemaker by Linda Finlay. I paid $8.91 for it, no delivery charges. That's about the going rate for a paper back book in the USA. I received the book in about a weeks time. I have read the book from cover to cover, couldn't put it down. I enjoyed reading it and found it interesting about the ordeals some lacemakers went through in those days. This story had a happy ending, which I like. I highly recommend it. For anyone in the USA the address for the Book Depository is: bookdepository.com They advertise, free delivery worldwide. Patsy A. Goodman California, USA -- Women are Angels.
