I looked on the website you specified for lace patterns

I emailed them about how to order and pay for patterns, but have not had
a response from them yet.
However, it also stated that their patterns are availble at the
Kantcentrum in Belgium, so I emailed them, and had a response which
translated into
English says:
Dear madam,
Many of these patterns can indeed be ordered from us. Just quote the
order number for the particular pattern, plus a description of the pattern.
We will then deal with your order and will let you know how much the
postal charges to your country will be.

They did not respond about my question of how to pay for them, but their
website does state that they accept VISA.
Hope this helps. Should I hear anything from Germany, I'll let you know.
I did find the ebay ID for the german shop: kloeppelshop and they accept
Paypal through ebay. Perhaps you could contact them that way?
