Hi Janice and everyone A e-forum within IOLI is one way that would encourage discussion among members outside the AGM. I'm thinking (respectfully) that the public arachne e-mail list isn't the place for an organization's own business, y'know? I think announcements about joining and special events that any lacemaker might be interested in is appropriate though.
