I pre-ordered the book, but I think there was confusion because I had to cancel my credit card - a $300 charge at a store in New Jersey - but I happen to live in Seattle, Washington (and I didn't lose the card). Just found it on the Book Depository http://www.bookdepository.com/Fine-Style-Anna-Reynolds/9781905686445 for $A61 and free postage to us. I always check this site out for all my books.
