The book you mention is 101 Torchon Patterns, by Robin Lewis-Wild. I
cannot give you more details, because my book is the Spanish translation of
the original. So, the publisher is not the same as the English book.

I could have sworn that I owned this book, but now I can't seem to find it in 
my bookshelf.  I must have borrowed it from the guild library.  In any case I 
have found it on Holly Van Sciver's web site.  The link below will take you 
there but you will have to scroll down about 11 or 12 rows to find it.  It is 
also on Amazon but it is wildy expensive.
