Hi, Do any of you genealogy whizzkids know where I can find any information about military medals? My great uncle apparently won the Military Cross at some point but no-one in the family seems to know more than that. He was born in 1891 so my guess would be the medal was awarded during WWI but it could have been some other time I suppose. Any websites that might be useful?
