Not long ago, I went away for a little over a week. Since my messages usually run about a hundred a day, I was surprised to find only four or five hundred backed up when I came back.
Then, while plowing through the pile of messages, I discovered that Tamara had lost her keyboard for a substantial part of the time I'd been gone.
