CHANGES.txt moved in SVN
Hi, FYI, I have moved CHANGES.txt (and README.txt) from languagetool-core to languagetool-standalone. That seems to be a better fit and it's easier when it comes to setting up Maven to include them in the final artifacts. Re: LanguageTool release 2.1 in progress
One setback is the spell checker. It has the same issue most English-based spellcheckers have: suggest a space, splitting up words. Since the words list is far from complete, it suggests a lot of wrong split-ups. Either the word splitting should be disabled, or the words list enhanced quite a bit. ANN: LanguageTool 2.1
LanguageTool 2.1 has now been released. As usual, it is available for download at http://www.languagetool.org. If you're using the LibreOffice/OpenOffice add-on you can also make the update directly from the extension manager (right mouse button - Update). Changes include: * Many updates for the error detection rules for English, French, German, Portuguese, Catalan, Polish, Russian, Breton, Esperanto, and Italian. * For Java developers LanguageTool is now modular: instead of one big JAR, there are now several. They can soon be found at Maven Central. * Small bug fixes * See the Change Log for a complete list of changes: http://languagetool.org/download/CHANGES.txt MD5 sums: d3a6329d95d40368ad93172f859de62f LanguageTool-2.1.oxt b8a04d5f62803691b8e26882401753f7 LanguageTool-2.1.zip Regards Daniel -- http://www.danielnaber.de -- Own the Future-Intelreg; Level Up Game Demo Contest 2013 Rise to greatness in Intel's independent game demo contest.
