For software that has a release, it will be in the next release
automatically. For the website, it will be online with the next
deployment (which happens irregularly).

yes, you'll need to switch to Maven and github. If you don't know git
and don't want to learn it, you can use github from an SVN client. On
https://github.com/languagetool-org/languagetool there's also an SVN
checkout URL.

Let us know if you have questions. We're looking forward to your
contributions!

Hi Daniel.

I have finally completed my graduate degree and have worked on the Tagalog
component of LanguageTool. I noticed a lot of changes since my last commit.
Will SVN and ANT still work or should I now switch to Github and maven?

Looking forward to working with the Tagalog component again.

Best regards,
Nathaniel

Subject: commit statistics

Hi,

here are the commit statistics of the last 182 days (i.e. half a year).
The count is the number of commits to grammar.xml (and similar) for that
language. It shows the known problem that several languages are
basically unmaintained. If you speak one of these languages, please
consider contributing rule improvements or make people aware of LT who
might me interested in contributing rules.

I'm sorry, I'm not quite following, could you give an example?

Rule Editor

2014-05-14 Thread Phil Ritchie
Nice job on the new Rule Editor!

Just an idea... in the Set Example Sentences section have an input labelled
excluded sentence. This would help play with exceptions as, at the moment, if
your error pattern includes exceptions but your wrong sentence does not, the
Check Evaluation Results reports an error with your rule rather than the rule
is fine but just matches the excluded condition.
