For German there is WordCoherencyRule that uses a semicolon-separated list called coherency.txt. This can probably easily be ported to English. The solution is not ideal, however, since it detects incoherent use of individual words, such as 'monetize'/'monetise', but it doesn't insist that users should prefer, say, 'familiarize' if they used 'monetize'.
