[Lazarus] OnlinePM wish about folder

It will be good, of OPM install all packages into subdir 
lazarus/components/_user.


Now it uses very deep subdir which is hard to find in file manager. 
_user (with _ char so it will be first in filemanager) is easy to find. 
Or you can use _opm or _addons (_ char must have).
