Project -> Project Options -> Additions and Overrides (under Compiler Options near the bottom of the sidebar on the left) -> Click Set "LCL WidgetType" -> Pick one of the available options (not that not all options will work, but gtk2 and gtk3 should work and qt5 will work if you have libqt5pas installed).
