[lazarus] Can not load MySQL Client

I try connect to mysql database using TMySQLConnection, but there is an 
error said "Can not load MySQL Client. Is it Installed? (libmysql.dll)". 
and i already installed mysql at my computer.

Can anybody tell me why?
