Was this bug closed in the bug tracker? http://www.freepascal.org/mantis/view.php?id=1904 Reported since v.9.13. The TComboBox height is determined by the font used in the combobox, unless the style is csSimple. If I try to set the height, Delphi resets (csDropdown or csDropDownList) the height. That way you don't have to feel disappointed, if it isn't fixed in a new release. Feel free to dive into the code to provide a patch.
