I now have the CVS tarballs made available by the SF staff (see
leaf-admin list) online and available via rsync:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ rsync rsync.steinkuehler.net::leaf-cvs-recover
All transfers logged

drwxr-xr-x          48 2006/04/14 16:38:00 .
- -rw-r--r--  1355499672 2006/04/14 16:04:58 anon-leaf-cvsroot.tar.bz2
- -rw-r--r--  1368256626 2006/04/14 16:18:57 devel-leaf-cvsroot.tar.bz2
drwxr-xr-x           8 2006/04/14 16:24:01 anon-leaf-cvsroot
drwxr-xr-x           8 2006/04/14 16:31:53 devel-leaf-cvsroot

I put them in the separate leaf-cvs-recover rsync module to avoid
creating problems for anyone doing automated backups of the leaf-cvs
repository.

This is about all I have time for today. It might be good if someone
with an existing mirror of the CVS repository (or decent bandwidth)
makes additional backup copies of the tarball or expanded repository
(rsyncing the expanded repository shouldn't take too much bandwidth if
you already have a recent copy of the repository).
