Thanks It seems that the ipsec module is needed. Do you know, if the actual kernel is patched for freeswan or if we need a dedicated kernel? The kernel source is not patched for FreeSWAN. Actually if you just copy kernel image (linux) from Bering IPSEC over standard WISP-Dist's image, as well as ipsec modules, it might work.
