Not to sound like a smart ass, but Ghost, from Symantec will do this, quite nicely. It'll either just recognize the card as a drive, which you can create an image from (and restore from) or allow you to perform a Ghost mirror of the drive to another CF on the fly. Alternateively, you can use rawwrite, I think... the version for window I think will allow you to read an image. You could also get cygwin installed, and then run 'dd' to create the image...
