I'm in 2 minds about this (3 if you include the one that's telling me to kill everyone), obviously Neil has been shafted and badly treated. However much of the work that Pearson and Cellino have done recently seems to be for the good of the club. So NR goes with my best wishes and a rousing cheer, but also a recognition that Football management is a tough business and it's side before self every time. -Original Message- From: leedslist-boun...@gn.apc.org [mailto:leedslist-boun...@gn.apc.org] On Behalf Of DAVID DOWDEN Sent: 17 July 2015 11:58 To: leedslist@gn.apc.org Subject: [LU] Goodbye Neil FORMER head coach Neil Redfearn has quit Leeds United amid claims the club made his position ‘untenable’United executive director Adam Pearson had been attempting to negotiate a settlement following the breakdown of Redfearn’s relationship with owner Massimo Cellino. ___ Leedslist mailing list Info and options: http://mailman.greennet.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/leedslist To unsubscribe, email leedslist-unsubscr...@gn.apc.org MARCHING ON TOGETHER ___ Leedslist mailing list Info and options: http://mailman.greennet.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/leedslist To unsubscribe, email leedslist-unsubscr...@gn.apc.org MARCHING ON TOGETHER

If you're limited by public transport, as Nick mentioned Skipton is a good starting point, and you can get there from Leeds by train. Walk up Wharfedale to Appletrewick, Grassington, Threshfield, on through Kilnsey and Buckden and stay in Cray perhaps? Might be too far there and back to Skipton, but there are busses from Grassington to Skipton (although not as frequent as they once were). Or you could show the lad we have culture in Yorkshire, as well as whippets and lard, and visit Coldstones Cut, walk round Grimwith Reservoir and on to Pateley Bridge. Although I'm not sure about the public transport bit of that. Again like Nick said, heaps of choice. Good luck with the planning. Hardly a surprise — doesn’t even raise an eyebrow. The next time that sort of thing — going from First Team Manager back to the Academy — works will be the first time.
