Re: [LU] Next season
Also I think a lot of hesitancy at set pieces comes from the keeper. Yes, good shot stopper but in this league it's all about commanding your area and giving confidence to the back four. Silvestri doesn't give this. > On 22 Mar 2016, at 20:27, Simon McNally wrote: > > Agree about antenucci in that he could be good. I've just seen him look > disinterested too many times this season. [LU] Non-LU: Techie question about watching UK TV from abroad
Hi Guys Now that our charge up the table to the play-off places has come to a juddering halt (!) question for you. So far I've not bothered about this as UK TV is nearly as bad as Spanish TV, but new series of Masterchef UK is starting so access to BBC iPlayer desperately needed :-) Any suggestions, free is good but willing to pay if necessary. Re: [LU] Non-LU: Techie question about watching UK TV from abroad
Easy, but illegal... Download Hide.Me VPN, (https://hide.me/en/pricing) and install... I would truly suggest paying up front for this, then no download problems... Once installed and activated on your screen, choose a server from the UK to act as your proxy. Then, as BBC iPlayer thinks you are in the UK (as you now have a UK ip address), you can open BBC iPlayer and watch streaming anything telly... Like I said, easy but illegal OzPete -Original Message- From: leedslist-boun...@gn.apc.org [mailto:leedslist-boun...@gn.apc.org] On Behalf Of {broken-address} Graham White Sent: Wednesday, 23 March 2016 7:46 PM To: Leeds List Subject: [LU] Non-LU: Techie question about watching UK TV from abroad Hi Guys Now that our charge up the table to the play-off places has come to a juddering halt (!) question for you. Re: [LU] Non-LU: Techie question about watching UK TV from abroad
Also... I've just come back from my friends apartment in Spain and while we were there we used an android app called "Mobdro" on a tablet and as the tablet was MHL compliant, we connected the tablet to the TV via a HDMI/USB cable. (Mobdro has loads of TV channels including a lot of sport) Of course this is streaming and so needs a decent WiFi connection. Also, not all Tablets/Mobile Devices can connect via a cable to TVs. If your mobile device doesn't connect via a cable, we have used a Chromecast (plugged into HDMI on TV) to 'cast' the devices screen to the TV. To find out if your mobile device will connect via cable to your TV (MHL Compliant) - look for it at this location: http://www.mhltech.org/devices.aspx Ted H On 23 March 2016 at 08:45, {broken-address} Graham White < gcwhite2...@yahoo.com-is-broken.gn.apc.org> wrote: > Hi Guys > Now that our charge up the table to the play-off places has come to a > juddering halt (!) question for you. > So far I've not bothered about this as UK TV is nearly as bad as Spanish > TV, but new series of Masterchef UK is starting so access to BBC iPlayer > desperately needed :-) > Any suggestions, free is good but willing to pay if necessary. > Cheers Graham WhiteMobile (UK): (0044) 7740 > 766335Mobile (Spain): (0034) 628 13 82 47 > The court is filled with splendour. The fields are full of weeds. The > granaries are empty. The powerful wear costly clothing,Carry sharp > swords,Pamper themselves with lavish food and drink,And possess riches in > extravagance. These are not princes and lords. They are robber barons. > Lao T'se > ___ > Leedslist mailing list > Info and options: > http://mailman.greennet.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/leedslist > To unsubscribe, email leedslist-unsubscr...@gn.apc.org > > > MARCHING ON TOGETHER > ___ Leedslist mailing list Info and options: http://mailman.greennet.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/leedslist To unsubscribe, email leedslist-unsubscr...@gn.apc.org MARCHING ON TOGETHER
Re: [LU] Non-LU: Techie question about watching UK TV from abroad
Get an android tv box. Same as a tablet but connects to tv Search eBay for "android tv box fully loaded". Start from £24 up to £120 It's revolutionised my viewing! Takes a bit of fiddling about with but I have Kodi - football streams films tv shows. Access to all sorts of channels Mobdro - brilliant for sport and channels Showbox - films and box sets galore Also (and I haven't tried this) but hola app is a browser and you can pretend to be in USA or UK etc Also add filmon tv for a few more channels There is also a Thai service called cloud tv but doesn't do anything different to mobdro Sent from my iPhone > On 23 Mar 2016, at 09:46, Ted wrote: > > Also... > > I've just come back from my friends apartment in Spain and while we were > there we used an android app called "Mobdro" on a tablet and as the tablet > was MHL compliant, we connected the tablet to the TV via a HDMI/USB cable. > > (Mobdro has loads of TV channels including a lot of sport) > > Of course this is streaming and so needs a decent WiFi connection. [LU] Cannavaro
Having reported yesterday that Cellino is thinking of getting rid of Evans, the mail online are now reporting that Fabio Cannavaro is being considered as his replacement. A World Cup winner as manager sounds exciting but he's got next to no experience of club management and let's be honest, is likely to be undermined and sacked after 3 months.
