To answer my own question if anyone's bothered



Dear Mr. Smail,

Unfortunately we will not be showing individual match highlights on the
website this season.

However, you can re-watch The Football League show every week to find
your club's matches:

Highlights haven't appeared yet from any matches this season. Have I missed 
an announcement that says this service is no longer available or are the BBC 
taking their time in getting things up and running?
