It is bollocks, and was taken out of context. Cellino is very bright, he has no trouble thinking out of the box- his trouble starts when there is a box. So the appointment of Pearson was inspirational. I listened carefully to the press conference. Cellino has three problems -- huge ones: The way that he thinks; the way that he verbalises his thoughts and the way he speaks English. Add to that a style where he uses a lot of analogies and it's a mess. I spent a lot of time analysing all this on WACCOE. The bottom line is if before I was worried that he's a lunatic that is no longer so. He is complex, idiosyncratic, and very confusing at many levels of functioning. You have to make a great effort to 'translate' what he saying to what he's thinking and what that really means. Not that he is a liar. Anything but-- he simply says what he thinks but doesn't think too much about what he says. His tussle with formulating his ideas and not making them presentable to the listener. But he is a very sharp man and he learns. Back to the point-- He was trying to say and did actually say that the decisions are made from the head and not the heart.
