Home is excellent, Rich. Better than Man Behind The Curtain imho. Liz also runs The Owl at the bottom of fishmongers row in the market. That is excellent also. [LU] Leeds pub
I'm in Leeds tomorrow and I wondered if there is a lister recommended pub to watch the match in? It has to be a lucky pub because the last time I watched them in a pub in Leeds we had 99% possession but lost one nil :( Thanks Damian PS on the culinary front I plan to stay loyal to the Rich Walker recommended Sous le Nez which has always come up trumps :) ___ Leedslist mailing list Info and options: https://mailman.gn.apc.org/mailman/listinfo/leedslist To unsubscribe, email leedslist-unsubscr...@gn.apc.org Find us on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/groups/leedslist/ RIP Jimmy WAC-COE
Re: [LU] Leeds pub in London
Is that true? It's been a year or so since I've been in. But In an area devoid of decent pubs, it was one of the most average. Try the Kings Head - good ale and a proper london boozer - as long as you don't mind walking past a local getting joffed off by the local 60 yr old prossie on the way home. -Original Message- From: leedslist-boun...@gn.apc.org [mailto:leedslist-boun...@gn.apc.org] On Behalf Of Matt Anderson Sent: 13 May 2014 17:54 To: Leeds List Subject: [LU] Leeds pub in London For next season Am in the Southwark tavern near London bridge and there is a pic of Brian Mcdermott above the bar.
