[LU] NONLU: MSSQLServer experts advice please.

2015-10-14 Thread Richard Naef
Hi,

I have an SQL DB with an enormous log file. I have changed the Recovery
Model from Full to Simple, but now need to shrink the file itself - advice
on line is a bit conflicting so I'd appreciate any advice.

Rich,
I am NO expert with SQL at all, but a couple of years ago I had similar
issues.I followed this advice and it seemed to do the trick.I bookmarked it for
future reference.Don't know if it will help you or not, but worth a look.
