Easy, but illegal... Download Hide.Me VPN, (https://hide.me/en/pricing) and install... I would truly suggest paying up front for this, then no download problems... Once installed and activated on your screen, choose a server from the UK to act as your proxy. Then, as BBC iPlayer thinks you are in the UK (as you now have a UK ip address), you can open BBC iPlayer and watch streaming anything telly...
