I'm slightly ashamed to say that I didn't go last night. When they put the KO back I just couldn't be arsed. Well, tonight is the first game since Warnock's departure that I feel like it's a chore to go. I'm only going really 'cos I've got a ticket, have promised my lad a lift, and said I'd pop in to see my Daughter in Rothwell for a pre-match cuppa - nothing to do with the game! I was reasonably optimistic until Saturday's debacle. I'm on the fence now with regard to McD, nice bloke but I'm not sure he knows what he's doing anymore. God knows what team he's going to put out. Brian has said he is making changes tonight - I assume that will mean more than just bringing Pearce back ! I cannot see how Kebe can start after the reception on Saturday - he is only here on loan so I doubt he would want to put himself up for more abuse. Brown , Tonge and Poleon may all get recalled and a lot of fans noticed that Aribyi (sp) did not play for the Dev Squad last night and put 2 and 2 together. Whatever side he picks Brian must know he is on borrowed time, the fans are willing him to do well and like him (for the most part) but patience has grown very thin indeed and many are wanting him out now, so anything short of a good performance and result will make his position untenable.
