The independent expert on Italian law that Kerr consulted finished a social media message to Cellino with "Ciao, Forza Leeds". The FL claimed that this showed that the expert wasn't impartial. Kerr assessed that everyone at the hearing would be wishing Leeds well, therefore the phrase indicated no bias to either party involved.
